Great Domino’s! The service was amazing in every aspect. Binto helped me and he was efficient, friendly and helpful at. He was very sanitary when working and I could tell he cared about his job and the people around him. It’s so rare to find a person in the food industry who is thoughtful and Binto made my day with how caring and thoughtful he was.
My order they totally forgot alot of ingredients
I ordered a large pizza with beef, pineapple, chicken and mushrooms.
They forgot the chicken, mushrooms and pineapple which is ridiculous.worse service ever the delivery person was so rude also.
WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a vegetarian and ordered with my friends a pizza with red peppers, black olives and feta. They made a mistake and sent us a pizza with chicken (no red peppers). My friend who are not vegetarians had a slice, before I noticed that they put meat on it. When I called the store to have it replaced, so that I could eat, they said that since a slice had been eaten, NOT BY ME, they couldn’t send me another one. I said that we would return all that was left (almost all of it), they refused and hung up on me. I called back and reminded them that IT WAS THEIR MISTAKES, and that I paid so I wanted to have something to eat. They hung up on me again!!!!!! I then tried to call again because I had no food, but they stopped answering.
I was shocked.
To the manager, it was an employee working on Saturday, May 10th, at 10pm. I am expecting to hear back from you with a solution, and I will call the head office on Monday to have this store denounced. I was order #102 on that day, I have pictures of the pizza if you need.

Just ordered a pizza from this store. The manager or the person who was workinh over there extremely rude and unprofessional. They made a mistake by putting chicken in our vergeterian pizza yet instead of accepting and sending over a new one they hung up on us and said we have to return the pizza ? Like seriously my girlfriend is vegetarian and you made a mistake yet you have tbe audacity to not replace the pizza that you made mistake by not making vegetarian friendly. Extremely disappointed Never ordering at this store again. I will definitely follow up with the customer service of Domino’s to address the issue
Never received after 1h30... the application indicated for 40min that it was in quality check.

Use the one on Notre Dame if possible! I was sick and my girlfriend decided to order me some pizza as a surprise however it took them 45 mins to be delivered so when it arrived it was ice cold and it was the wrong order, When the delivery man arrived, He ENTERED MY HOME!?! despite it being already paid for and requested to be left at the door. I Even ASKED him « This is the right order right? it’s been paid for » He said yes and left before I even said goodbye or anything which I thought extremely unprofessional and rude. Then I start eating it and call my girlfriend who informs me that this is the wrong order :( so now she’s sad I’m sad, lost money because the order was of less value. But thats not the worst part. maybe 10 mins later delivery man returns AND TRIES TO OPEN MY FRONT DOOR! He is banging kicking and trying the doorknob!? What would he have done if my door was unlocked? Let himself back in and demand we switch orders? Even if I did hand him back the wrong order I already opened it so that would have violated several health regulations if he returned the order to the correct person? And he STILL DIDNT GIVE ME MY PIZZA. He starts Yelling at me and my roommate because of his own failure to get the orders right. Honestly tho I forgive him being a driver is not as easy as it seems but I’m frustrated with this dominos and advise anyone to just go to the one on Notre Dame in Old Port, much friendlier staff but Dominos will be Dominos

So sad. I love dominoes but this location (only one I’ve tried since moving here) consistently messes up my order. This last order barely had any cheese and I requested well done. The pizza was barely cooked. Seriously, had to put it in my over at home.

Didn't receive my delivery. I was tracking delivery guy's location and it was showing he is in the store for 15 minites and suddenly the order status got update to delivered. They have done fraud with us.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience, as I placed the order to receive the food, not to go through the inconvenience of waiting for a refund. I kindly request that the matter be investigated thoroughly and resolved appropriately, either through delivery of the order or alternative compensation.

They have scammed with our order online. Actually I have ordered pizza but delivery guy didn’t delivered the pizza however I got a notification that your order is placed but I didn’t received any order. When I called to the store the guy picked up and said I don’t know about it but I can’t help it with anything you will get your money back in 5 business days. I ordered pizza to have it not to get refund and wasting time and waiting for my food still don’t get it. It was a internal scam made by delivery guy and the guy who was at the store. We have ordered 4 pizzas and some beverages on 23 December 2024 at around 11:30 and my bill was around 101 bucks. The food is ordered by “Mageshwar”.
