I am tired of ALWAYS specifying “light sauce” and ALWAYS getting extra sauce because they don’t pay attention to the order. On top of that the delivery driver Shazaib was annoyed that I told him to come to the apartment door instead of me going downstairs then knocked on the door so hard he almost broke it.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Domino's. First, they delivered the wrong order, and after multiple follow-ups, I finally received a coupon. When I went to redeem it, I paid extra for double cheese, only to find that there was none on my pizza. I confidently confronted the person at the counter, and he actually took my complaint seriously and went to check with the kitchen. However, the staff there had the audacity to insist it was double cheese, even though the counter employee argued that I had paid extra and it wasn’t visible at all. After some back-and-forth, they reluctantly made me a new pizza.
I'm giving this one star only because of the counter employee who stood up for me. It’s unacceptable how customers are treated here, and they need to step up their game. This kind of service is not going to keep customers coming back.

Order placed via Uber Eat for the first time. I receive a delivery man from Domino's Pizza who makes me understand that I have to pay. Thinking I was wrong, I complied. Shortly after, I noticed that I had been debited twice on my bank statement (once on Uber, once with the delivery person). I called to be compensated: a manager had to call me back: it's been more than two weeks and still nothing. Maybe this review will make things happen!
This time, I ordered for a pick-up and it was done to perfection. Picking it up, taking it home was the only way to ensure I ate my pizza, hot. Too many times my pizza via delivery, is received warm, twice it was unacceptable whereby I had to place it into my own oven.

extremely slow service. basically forgot my order until i reminded them 15 minutes later and its then they started preparing it. Boss is loudly screaming orders in indian to the the employees over me ordering making the cashier barely be able to hear
