Place an order at 2:44. 50 minutes later I make a call to find out where the order has gone, to be told yes it is on its way (I am 15 minutes max from the pizzeria) 30 minutes later still no answer.... Finally I call back another time only to say that the delivery man's phone was out of charge and that he was in the process of charging it as he came later.... It's rare that I leave reviews but really it was great n no matter what. In the end the delivery man called me 10 minutes AFTER I went to cancel my order to tell me that he had gotten lost... Same delivery man who answered me when I called the second time....

I had a free coupon that I wanted to use, I was even going to order other things, from the moment the worker saw the coupon he did everything to shut me down, he had a whole questionnaire to not make the order since the pizza was gonna be free, I was honest and told him that my brother gave me the coupon as a gift and he ended up refusing me, because he said that the coupon is only for people that receives the wrong order (it’s funny that you can’t even make a correct order, but when someone has a coupon from a bad order, your first reaction is to question that person like he’s a criminal).
I also like how I started to speak to him in French, he’s working and he doesn’t even know how to speak the language we use in Quebec, I, the customer was the one that had to switch to English for this bad employee to school me.
The employer was rude, he ruined my day with his bad attitude and I could sense pride in him, because he refused to serve me, even if he was right, the fact that I was treated so wrongly I will decide to go to other pizza places like Pizza Hut, I’ve never got attitude from them, it might not make a big difference, but at least I keep my dignity and give my money to honest workers, I used to come there, since it’s 5 minutes from my home, but I'm done.

My experience is super good. I've been to eat several times and I love the pizza with hand-made chicken and it's super relaxing and comfortable.
Kid-friendliness: suitable for children, pleasantly eating super delicious and hand-made food where you can see everything just in case.!
