I had an incredibly disappointing experience with your service yesterday night. First, the delivery took 1 hour and 20 minutes. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong pizza. I called to report it, and while another pizza was sent, it was also incorrect — and cold.
This is not the first time this happens. It’s the second time, and both times involved the same female employee working on Friday and Saturday nights. Her behavior is unacceptable: rude, vulgar, completely unprofessional, and lacking basic customer service skills. When I asked her for her name, she refused to identify herself and mockingly repeated my name instead.
To make matters worse, I received no resolution, no call back, and the call ended with her hanging up on me.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and frankly, she should not be in a customer-facing role. I expect a serious follow-up regarding this incident. I will not be ordering again unless this is addressed appropriately.

I took my order by phone, he told me 15 minutes But my order was ready after 40 minutes Not 15 minutes Zero service I asked for mayonnaise, he told me to take ketchup instead, there is no mayonnaise!!!!! Personally, I swear I'll never go to Domino's Pizza again.

I came this Sunday to place an order and it was the worst customer service I have seen in my life! The girl didn't want to take my order and she preferred to play with her phone when I spoke with her I realized that she doesn't speak French! But what a service you hire people who don't speak French! She let me wait after a gentleman came and placed the order after all that I see my order is already ready she didn't even prepare my order to pack it really disappointed with your service
