They have some good stuff, but I had some party sandwiches that were stale.

This place is awful. You can spend $100 on four tiny items to discover that two of them are rotten. They will refuse to take responsibility. The service is and always has been awful. You get this feeling as if they cannot be bothered by customers. My last visit was eye opening. I noticed how dirty it was and left without purchasing anything. I refuse to return nor spend another dollar in this dirty miserable place. Open item are all over for customers to touch, caugh, and sneeze on, while the staff are not gloved as they manage your food and the cash. Dirty shelves, etc. So not worth the fortune they charge! FYI... Metro is steps away with an impressive take out/prepared food section that is less than half the price, have dates on the items, and the cooking area is clean. They may not call themselves gourmet but you know what you are getting and there is nothing gourmet about Eatz.

Expensive for what it is. $30 for a small plate of shrimp and noodles that tasted bad, I couldn’t finish.

Amazing variety of food, great prizes, and friendly service!

Good service and food variety but way overpriced! Honestly don't see why the prices are so high.I could order better and larger portion of food for the money I paid from any restaurant.

Stopped by for breakfast and was very disappointed. The coffee is TERRIBLE. The croissant was stale. I bought a vegetarian pizza on bagel to eat later and there was no info on it about when it was made or until when it could be safely eaten, sadly it tasted stale as well. They had no milk alternative for coffee. They state that they stopped providing plastic bags for the good of the environment, but then they handed me the stale croissant in a transparent plastic bag... On the plus side, the staff is nice. I will not go back and I wouldn't recommend it.

One of the true treasures of the Victoria Village in Westmount. Great staff, great food even greater service. The food is fresh and delicious, with a large variety dishes for all eating desires. They never disappoint.

I found this place just for a seeking a place to get a drink while I was thirsty in reading the book at the Westmount Public Library. Good service and a nice African descent lady ( I guess) who is warm and looked have been helping the new employee every time.nice Salmon fish and very yummy shrimp. I always go to this shop and eat snacks at the little table in the front of the gate.(I am not the girl in the picture)I found this place just looking for a place to grab a drink while reading at the West Hills Public Library. Good service and a welcoming African American lady (I guess) helping new employees every time.Delicious salmon and very tasty prawns. I always go to this store and have a snack on the little table by the door.

Disorganized. Dishonest. Inconsistent.YOU'D BETTER HAVE SOMETHING IN THE FRIDGE AT HOME... at the risk of being served room-temperature meals that evoke the memory of Tupperwares tossed post-power failure.Eatz has gone downhill, and you deserve to know about it.(In the words of Lesley Chesterman, McDonalds does a better job at 1/3 of the price.)I'd usually visit Eatz every Thursday. Picking up food for my family, to give them a break from cooking. Total was consistently over $250. Price is not an issue. I never cared to look for a thumb on the scale. When things were good, they were good. When things started to slip, nobody could stomach an ounce of criticism. When something didn't taste right, nobody wanted to hear it. When portions and quality took a nosedive, nobody cared.Eatz doesn't care.Staff barks. (No bite.)1 star. Not worth the hassle.
This is definitely a gem hidden in expensive Westmount neighborhood. Good luck!

Their espresso machine must have been broken when I visited with my daughter today, Thursday morning, 2 June 2022.For almost 5$CAD I sipped an unfortunate beverage that was sold as a latte. Please fix your machine! The shop itself was clean with many inviting baked goods and luncheon salads. Clean and friendly staff, hand sanitizer, clean seating..., just the unfortunate drink. I look forward to trying food at the cafe but I will avoid espresso drinks in the future.
