I ordered 40 minutes b’before closing (I called to know if the kitchen was still open) and they did my sushi in 10 minutes. I was blown away by the quick and good customer service and the excellent sushi. They were fresh and tasted delicious! Also not a lot of place put a big ball of ginger I usually have to ask for more but here it was perfect.
What I took: Kamikaze saumon, Thon épicé, Dynamite and rainbow. All were super tasty.
I totally recommend and will update the new sushi I try!

Favorite sushi spot in town! Everything is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious with lots of variety. The staff is incredibly friendly and hardworking. Every time we order, we feel like they go above and beyond to make it perfect. You can really tell they care about what they do. We seriously can’t get enough! I love Ebisu!

Don’t let the storefront fool you. The sushi is outstanding! Doesn’t fall apart, good amount of fish, very competitively priced. I used to go to another well known Japanese restaurant on Sherbrooke, but after seeing the quality at Ebisu, I’ll be getting a lot more for my money and coming to Ebisu. John was very helpful with everything.
