This restaurant offers an authentic taste of Turkish cuisine with excellent service. The dishes are flavorful, portions are generous, and the ambiance is cozy and inviting. A great place to enjoy a memorable meal, the tea is so good.

I absolutely love Efes Pastry! It was my first visit, and I was impressed by their delicious pastries. We went yesterday near to closing time, and even though it was his very first day, the gentleman working there welcomed us so warmly and provided excellent service.
We picked up pistachio baklava, kanafeh, and another sweet and honestly, I couldn’t even wait to get home. I finished one right in the car! Everything was so fresh, rich in flavor, and beautifully prepared.
Highly recommended!

Eating at Efe's sweets is just like traveling to Turkey. The best place in Montreal for boreks, baklava, tea and more. And great service. Many thanks! 🇹🇷👌

The bakery offers a wide selection of Turkish sweets for eat-in and take out. In my humble opinion, the star of Efes’s offerings is the su borek, based on layers of boiled pasta-like sheets of pastry with cheese and sometimes spinach filling baked in the oven as large pies. The taste of su borek (“water borek”) is totally different from the traditional borek, which is a pocket of flaky (philo) pastry filled with cheese.

This Turkish pastry shop is a charming little spot in the heart of parc-ex. I go in there from time to time to grab a coffee and some pastries. I'm not Turkish so I don't know what the heck anything is in there, but the staff is friendly and helpful and quick to inform me on their products. Both savoury and sweet treats I order are usually still warm when I order.

Friendly guy. Nice and fast service. Small bakery with places to sit for a few people. If you are a cheese lover, get the su boregi - cheese only.
For those who care - yes the meat is hand slaughtered

Today I visited Efe’s Bakery in Montreal, and everything I bought was incredibly fresh and delicious. But the real standout was the acibadem cookie — hands down the best cookie I’ve ever had in my life! On top of that, the warm, friendly, and helpful service made a big impression on me and my family. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
