My recent DoorDash order from this sushi restaurant was a satisfying experience. I opted for a salmon poke bowl, and it was fresh and satisfying. Nothing extra special or particularly fancy, this was what you would expect for the price. I would reorder from this restaurant.

So delicious. Staff are lovely. They’re able to safely feed people who can’t eat gluten too, which is nice if you have celiac friends but also are hungry.

Most important thing to know, this restaurant is open until 9!!! It's a block away from the Atwater outdoor veggie/meat market.This is a hybrid fast takeout restaurant and a sit-in sushi bar. There are about 8 tables where you can sit and eat in.The prices are fair (see the pics) and there is a lot of choice. The sushi rolls that I got were huge, but I don't know if that's normal size or if it was because they were crab tempura and shrimp tempura rolls. They both came with ginger and wasabi. There was no offer of a low salt sodium soy sauce.The only hot tea is a Vietnamese style with a rice husk background flavour, as described to me by the owner. Not my favourite kind of tea, but I did drink the whole pot. And now that I look at the bill, it looks like they forgot to charge me for it. I never mentioned to them that it wasn't my favourite tea until at the very end when he asked me what I thought.They are a lovely Vietnamese family business. I will definitely be back.
