The service was really disappointing. I had to wait 20 minutes to receive a simple burger, and it's not the first time and what's more, the fries were cold. It's way too long for a fast food restaurant. It would be essential to review the effectiveness of the service in order to improve the customer experience.

Not ordering from here again they messed up my order completely. I called and stated i received the wrong crepe aswell as wrong sandwich and they didnt even understand a single word that i was saying ....As a frequent customer I'm very disappointed.

Very slow service. We see shitty music playing and the volume is so high that you leave with a headache. I was there twice and each time I asked to lower the volume of the music and the guy pretended to lower the volume but in the end the volume was still high. I hate Soolking because his music was so annoying every time.
