Bad experience

The women serving us on Thursday 1 am was extremely disrespectful. My friend decided to not tip and he was yelled at by her. When leaving the establishment with a beer he BOUGHT, the security took it out of his hand for some reason we don't know. Basically we were yelled at and the beer was stolen. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Terrible customer service! Probably the worst experience I have had in a restaurant in my life.

Got an appetizers and main and they served at the same time. Got chips n salsa (fine) and general Tao (bit weird of a taste and dry chicken). The staff and the vibe is cool tho

On 6/30, I ordered drinks and a beef dip au jus sandwich. I was disgusted to find an insect crawling out of my sandwich. I immediately showed it to my waitress. She returned just 30 seconds later with the exact same sandwich, and fries, arranged in the same way, with the insect simply removed, like I was some kind of idiot. It's unbelievable that a restaurant could be so grossly negligent and unsanitary.

I reached out to them but they obviously don't care to respond.
