Took more than 1 hour 30 minutes to get the food that was ordered. The service was really bad.
And realized that they overcharged food that was not ordered.
Be very careful with your tickets when paying your bill.

I go there when there's not alot of customers and the food is amazing. I've tried many peruvian restaurants and this one is my favorite. The food tastes amazing. This is from a peruvian who knows that the best food is from hidden places likes this. Yes the service could be improved but I'd only get up and go talk to the front desk instead of waiting.

The food is very delicious, but the noise is impressive, you can't talk.
Now, wait 2 hours for a meal? I don't think customer service is good, especially when there are events, they focus on serving them and the other customers wait and wait.

There is no air conditioning! It's hell in the middle of summer.

Good food but was a bit pricey for the amount served. I’ve had more authentic Peruvian food in other places at cheaper price.

They host large parties however are short on staff so be very patient when you come. Tip if you have kids, order their plates first and make sure you ask them to bring it in first. Otherwise there’s a long wait for salchipapas.

The place is unfortunately very hot when it’s crowded and their ventilation system is poor. If you’re dancing, dress lightly.

Not recommended if you’re sensitive to sound or have kids sensitive to loud noise. They have someone singing, very well, but the place is too small for the music equipment and it gets disturbingly loud.

Parking: Very difficult to find parking. You either need to park on the boulevard or nearby streets. Watch zoned parking signs.

Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly but make sure to order their meals first. Bring noise cancelling devices as the music gets loud.

For being a neighborhood restaurant it's overpriced, no parking and the portions are small.

Peruvian tamales, good. Tiger's milk great, seafood rice, bad. There was no grilled chicken or picarones. The attention is a very kind lady. Very difficult to find parking, it is an area with many apartments. Unfortunately I will not return. Luck.
