Yesterday I went to celebrate my birthday with my husband and some friends, and despite the place being very nice, the service was very slow and inattentive. Two more people arrived who weren't scheduled, and when my husband asked if they could add two more seats, they made us wait standing next to the table because, according to the waiters, they had to ask if it was possible (it was very uncomfortable for me to see my friends waiting for the answer and the waiters' behavior). It's worth noting that the place wasn't full—quite the opposite. My main course was brought before the appetizers (which were shared, with no individual plates). The other diners had to wait a long time for their food. We were never offered bread; we had to ask repeatedly for it, and despite our table of 10 people, we only got about six loaves of bread, which were a bit stale, and we had to ask for more to make sure there was enough for everyone. We were never asked if we needed anything else, like another drink or dessert, and we opted to pay the bill and go somewhere else. But, to be honest, the food is good, and I'm sad that it's a place I was really looking forward to trying, but I'm disappointed because, although they have very good food, the dining room ruins everything. In short, we didn't feel well looked after or welcome! What a shame! 😒☹️🫤

Best service I've had in years. The waitress was very proactive and attentive. Food came in quickly and was delicious!

We LOOOOVE the food, this new location looks amazing the decor the comfort everything is perfect. On the night we were there service was very slow, it took forever to get the bill and then to pay it. We will go back for sure and hope it was just a short staff day.

We had a party with 24 people in this restaurant. There was a little problem with the reservation the day before our event. But the food was quite good and the service was excellent, so that made up for it. Hats off to Julie, our waitress and the rest of the staff who helped with the service --- it is you all who made a difference and made our experience better. Thank you for the excellent service!
