Note to servers: older women tip well if they see treated withe same courtesy as business men. Often better , I was looking forward to the oysters which were on your website an appetizer. Our server told us that the website was old and no oysters anymore. Please update your website. This is false advertising. Our have the server accommodate the client. Appetizers were good although the grilled octopus was minuscule. Fish and lamb chops were disappointing. Lamb hops were lukewarm...
Love this resto. First time for lunch and the food never disappoints. The grilled octopus was perfection. The fish was flaky, and I would have it every night for dinner. The taste is smooth and delicate. On this day, the service was slow. We had to call & look for our waiter 4 times. I know that typically the dinner service is at a high standard of service, and thus was surprised to have this fact. Looking forward to trying the lunch again and having the high level of service!
Overall the experience was positive. The appetizers were great, but the service sizes were small. The green salad was good but not impressive for a restaurant of this fame. The sea bass for 4 was excellent. The deserts were disappointing. We had the loukoades which were overfried and dry. The karydopita was also dry.
