Better as takeout because the seating area is small. But it's REALLY good home cooking traditional Polish food. Highly recommend the polski talerz which is a mix of things. And the frozen sausage rolls are also excellent.

First time trying Batory and everything was as delicious as homemade Polish food. We got the Polski talerz , two kinds of pierogi, cherry cake, paczki, barley soup, gołabki (3 per order in the meal option), and the potato patties (3 large ones per order). The order arrived with fresh rye bread and butter. Everything is so fresh and the portions are generous. The staff is also very nice. This is our new favourite Polish place to order from, we will be ordering again.

Used to eat here regularly almost thirty years ago. Went back again recently and it was just as good as it was back then. That makes this place an institution. No better pierogies in town. This place is like a warm hug.
