We booked a table for 6 at 1pm, 1 week in advance for friends coming out of town. We got a text message asking to confirm the reservation at 10:00am, we confirm at 10:40am and we arrive at the restaurant only to be told that our reservation was cancelled because we did not confirm. Turns out, the manager cancelled the reservation at 10:13am because we didn't confirm it immediately. I understand no-shows are a loss of business but giving a 13 minute buffer to respond to a text message on a sunday morning that can easily be misinterpreted as a spam message is a ridiculous policy. Would have loved to try the place.

The waiter was very nice however the food took 50-55 min to come out. When we complained to the waiter, he didn’t apologize. I overheard the kitchen staff say that people complain when the food comes out in 20 min- this is untrue. It’s unfortunate because I really wanted to like this place

Terrible service. We waited an hour to receive our food which came cold. The employees have no sense of urgency and do not drop by the tables to check in on us. It wasn’t even busy and half the restaurant was empty so I’m not sure what took so long. I’m really disappointed I don’t even write reviews but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Don’t recommend to come here at all it’s a waste of time. Travelling here on my last day and wasted half my day here.

For a brunch spot, having filter coffee only is a bit ordinary. Most of the menu was “not available”, so a bit disappointed. Otherwise service is great & the ambiance is cool but for the price it's a bit frustrating... Overall you pay for the hype and the service!
