Very disappointing experience with this St-Hubert location. They completely messed up our order—only 1 out of 3 items was given to the delivery driver, and it seems the rest of our order was given to someone else. When the driver tried to resolve the issue, the staff refused to make it right or provide another meal. Poor customer service and lack of accountability. The staff here really need better training in order accuracy and customer support.

I ordered a breast and thigh and the thigh meal was not cooked the meat was red, not cooked, disgusting. The more we go, the more people become incompetent. Last time I go to this next place.
Delivery took too long. No respect for the delivery person. If this situation continues to happen, I will be proud of many people who rate it 1 star

I can't talk to the person who manages the temperature remotely for the dining room. In summer 20 degrees is too cold and in winter 20 degrees too so too cold too. Please between 22 and 23 degrees. Because we are no longer going to eat there! There is a visible thermostat. Each time we are told that the person in charge is not there. For 2 years. So patience is at the limit. For everything else, nothing to complain about.
