I recently visited FARINE & VANILLE and was blown away by their service and delicious breakfast offerings. I’m not usually one for sweets, but their hazelnut and chocolate chip cookie was absolutely irresistible. The croissants were perfectly flaky and buttery, truly some of the best I’ve had. Local pastries with ingredients sources from Quebec. I ordered the vanilla knot and cinnamon roll and both were so good! Perfectly sweet, soft texture, but not too soft and looked amazing. They also have coffee here and some tables to work as well. I wish everything they sold was only local things but that would mean no vanilla so I get it.
