What a lucky find! Food is exquisite and better than we found when we were in Lisbon. The wine list was crazy good too- had a rare Italian bottle we have difficulty finding even in Tuscany! Worth a visit for sure.

They serve wonderful Portuguese food in this upscale downtown restaurant. Excellent attentive service. Was not expecting that choice of music but good ambianceParking: There are indoor parking lots in the area as well as meter parking on the streets but being downtown allow extra time before your reservation

Former colleague recommended this place to me if I visited Montreal, and this will be one of the top 10 restaurants on my list1. Definitely ask for the bread service, the olive oil served tastes so good you want to drink it.2. We ordered cod ceviche, octopus for starters...soft octopus grilled to perfection. Ceviche marinade was so tasty, very balanced.3. Mains we took signature seafood casserole with rice and more octopus with potatoes. OMG the octopus was just unbelievable soft and buttery.Great service from the team, they predicted our every wish.Must stop if you are visiting Montreal, I envy the locals ?

One of the best meals I ever had. Totally worth the visit, will definitely come back. Had the ceviche octopus appetizer and the rice and sea food casserole with lobster.

Ferreira is not was it used to be. We have been coming for 20 years and are now very disapointed by the declining quality. The cod was served with the skin on a puree of patatos (end of tale piece). The bouillabaisse was tasteless as if it cooked for 15 min.. and the grilled market fish was served with heated veggies and an orzo salad that could have come from any food court. We will sadly not be coming back.

We visited this place for dinner on Monday evening and it was full. The place had a great vibe to it. Service was fabulous - special mention to Sara who was serving our table. Every server took care of small details which was refreshing in post-covid era for me. Food was delicious and highly recommend getting the tuna tartar. The only thing which was not in sync was the bread served as it was not fresh.

The oysters were not fresh, one was even dead!! Very disappointing, it’s not like before when I went there in the 2010s…

We always do research before going to restaurants and this was a place I wanted to visit for a while now. We were not disappointed, both food and service were excellent. The octopus appetizer is one of the best I ever had.

Absolutely outstanding! This restaurant offers a culinary journey like no other. The ambiance is enchanting, service impeccable, and each dish is a masterpiece of flavors. It's not just a meal; it's an experience to remember. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be truly amazed!

Once again amazing dinner. Great experience, incredible service and attention to details. We got fried Octopus appetizer, and whole sea bass for two, perfectly seasoned and paired with Ferreira Reserve White! We went early before hockey game, nice crowd, and easy walk to the Bell Center. Cant wait to go back again.

I had the chance to be able to experience this wonderful restaurant with friends and it was wonderful. From the food we ordered to the service we have received, this has to be one of the finest restaurants in Montreal. Great place to eat if you are in the city, I highly recommend!

Truly a top experience! Hands down the best execution on grilled sea bass I've ever had. Great touch with perfectly cooked veggies and humous on the side. If i had that every day and had to, I could give up steak, and I love steak! (I need to up my fish cooking game for sure). The sourdough bread to start was tasty. The octopus and squid appetizers were so simple but so tasty and again perfectly prepared. Great wine list, knowledgeable sommelier that made it fun. Service in general is excellent. Never ran out of water, and wine kept flowing. Next time I'll hope to sit watching the kitchen. On my list of top restaurants in the world.
