Poor management and slow service. Waited 90 minutes for our first course although we asked twice about it. The waitress was MIA after serving us our drinks and taking our orders — no water, no check in, nothing. Manager lacked basic accountability, a simple “sorry” would’ve went a long way. Save your money & go somewhere else.
Food…mediocre
Amazing experience! This restaurant truly stands out. The food is incredibly fresh and full of flavor, with beautifully prepared seafood dishes that taste as good as they look. The music creates a fun, lively atmosphere without being overwhelming, making the whole place feel vibrant and welcoming. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which makes a huge difference. Service was fast, professional, and thoughtful from start to finish. Definitely a place I’d recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

The service is unprofessional and childish : staff meets basic requests with eye rolls, gaslighting and a dismissive attitude. The food was mediocre at best and certainly didn’t justify the cost.
The upstairs area is a major letdown — it lacks the atmosphere you’d expect for 100$ price point, looks just like a pub honestly.

Disappointing experience overall. The service was slow and uncoordinated, waiters dropping plates and foods everywhere. It took over an hour to receive the first dish, and subsequent courses arrived late, out of order and cold. The waitress was absent for much of the evening, basic requests such as water and utensils took an excessive amount of time, and management was unprofessional when concerns were raised. I would not return simply based on the lack of professionalism from the staff.

We were a group of 20 people, we took the 95$ menu per person (family menu) and we had 10 to go plates full as there was so much food left! Very good food, I definitely recommend

Came here sunday night for dinner, food was amazing and so was the service. I would absolutely recommend the salted caramel brioche for dessert even if you are full it was out of this world.
It isn't cheap (spent 300$ for 2 people with tip) but definitely worth it!

I had the best time for New Year!! The food was absolutely amazing, and although the restaurant was super busy, our waitress Gaelle was able to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks for an incredible evening, we will definitely come back!

I went to Fish Bone to celebrate New Year's, and it was truly a 10/10 experience. The waitress gave us excellent service, the food was a little slow to arrive, but it was worth the wait because it was delicious, the atmosphere was incredible, and the manager was always attentive. Without a doubt, I 100% recommend this place.

Was there on a quiet night after new years, service was friendly, fun and professional. The sushis were very nice, they felt different than classic makis and the pairings with the sauces was delicious. Our waitress recommended a canadian pinot noir which we loved; it reminded us of those juicy napa valley cabernet that we can't get anymore. We ended our meal on a steak (which again was recommended by our waitress) we were hesitant as it seemed more like a seafood place but it did not disappoint! My steak was juicy and my lobster was buttery. Will definitely come back :)
A beautifully well run restaurant. The staff is fabulous. The food excellent. The tuna sashimi with the truffle mayonnaise – out of this world. The cod was excellent. Don't miss this place. It's a combination of fine dining with good energy, a lovely atmosphere elegant but not pretentious.
Ruined my entire new year dinner. This restaurant has been on a massive decline throughout the past few months. My most recent experience was completely and utterly horrendous. Reservation was at 10. Seated me at 10:45. First dish was a soup took an hour to come. Next dish was a plate of 3 pieces of sushi came two hours after my seating. The cherry on top I waited another hour for a plate of 12 sushi’s that was completely horrible. I’d rather go to an around the corner sushi spot. Would’ve tasted better. All that x2 was with my date came to 350$ Just stay away you’ll do yourself a favour.

Worst service ever. We got there at 10pm for our reservation and we were sat at our table at 10:45.
Later, after ordering our food. We barely got 2 dishes 2 hours after we were sat down.
Waitress was horrible. Only one busboy tried helping, but no manager showed any interest in actually helping.
Waste of money completely. Spent around 400$ in total for horrible food proportions and horrible service.
