Fisshu Sushi A Volonté

The tempura in the sushi rolls tasted awful which. I only appreciated sashimi and nigiri. Beef sashimi is very good as well. Anything fried was straight out of the freezer. Very average experience. It's your classic all you can it, buit for 43$ it's not worth it. The robot is cute, but the waiter comes out of the kitchen, then put the orders on the robot, then it rolls to your table.= No real added value to be honest. The staff was kind tho.

We (a family of four, including two teens) visited Sushi Uma on NYE and had a great time! The staff was attentive and helpful, the food was tasty, and the pace of service was perfect. The menu is extensive and varied, and I believe there's something for everyone. I highly recommend Sushi Uma!

The service was great and the place is nice but 40 dollars is too expensive for a one person dinner, plus there was too much rice in the maki’s. Otherwise I really liked the robot that served the food.

Everything from soup, starters to sushi was less than average. The manager was so nice to us tho he charged us for the food that we didn’t eat and chose to take with us, they also charged (without asking) $6.60 service fees.
It’s not worth the amount per person.

We went there this afternoon. The service and atmosphere are excellent. But the rice is so hard that I couldn't brown it, as if it was prepared the day before. It's really a shame.

I had a disappointing experience at UMA Sushi. The staff was unhelpful and failed to explain how the restaurant operates, especially about their policy of charging for wastage. If we had been informed properly, we would have ordered more carefully. The food itself was subpar, making the experience even worse. With so many sushi places nearby, I’d recommend exploring other options instead of falling for the "unlimited food" offer here.

Reply to the owner: Your staff gave us only one hour because they had a party later, so full price but half time. And you still account wastage? Nice business model. I would like to call this RUDE management and RUDE staffs.

The place is beautiful, the food is exquisite!
Our only mistake noted was our location, not far from the entrance. I was frozen throughout the entire meal. But this in no way affects the quality of the food 🙏
