I have ordered 3 or 4 times for myself and my family. The observation always remains the same for everyone: the fries are very bland and soft, and the drinks chosen are never respected. On the other hand, the quality of the meat is good.

Ordered a trio, cashier refused to acknowledge I got a trio but charged me for a trio (I didn't ask for the bill) so I couldn't get my drink and fries.
Avocado burger was good. Girlfriend received her trio, her fries were dry however.
