The soup was excellent, the chicken rice didn't taste much, but above all, the service left something to be desired. After the plates were finished the waiter did not come to offer anything else.Then, no addition. At the checkout he looked on a small piece of paper at what I had ordered, did the mental calculations and told me the amount I owed him. Very rarely do I complain and looking at the other comments it looks like I was unlucky.We had reservations in the dining room for 5 people. An hour after our order we still had not received our main course. After we complained, we were served about 10 minutes later apart from one of the 5 people who had ordered a simple dish. The other 4 people started their meal while the last one waited another 10 minutes wondering what was happening. We were told that they were sorry for the delay and it was because they had received a group of 19 people without reservations and they were in a rush. Why make people who have reservations wait? Why serve 4 out of 5 meals preventing us from eating at the same time. Apart from a simple apology, nothing was offered to make the 5th person wait and no compensation as an apology. At least on the same street there is Chez Matante so the 5th person, not having been able to eat at the same time as us, was able to eat a good poutine after leaving this restaurant which does not take into account its customers.Very very disappointing
