Easily the best meal we had in Montreal. Each dish was crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. Will definitely make this a frequented stops on future trips.

Fabulous food and equally fabulous service. If you love sashimi, I can highly recommend trying this gem of a restaurant.

This place has become a must-stop every time I visit Montreal. The food is incredible, the drinks are delicious, but it’s the service that keeps me coming back. Gray made our experience unforgettable as their knowledge of the menu and ability to make spot-on recommendations based on our preferences and mood were truly impressive. Thank you, Gray, for making it such a special night!
I’m a pescatarian, but happily cheat for this place. We had the duck, fried chicken, and pork noodles, and every bite was worth it!

This was the first meal we had while on vacation in Montreal and we spent the rest of our trip trying (and failing) to find something we liked more.
The food was excellent. Everything.
The atmosphere is cool. Very hip.
The service was fantastic. Our server was on the ball. I appreciate that we were allowed to sample a few sakes before making our selection.
Truly a gem.

The food was wonderful. Melt in your mouth sashimi and fantastic grilled meats.
The menu could be improved. The format is a little unusual. All of the dishes are meant to be shared by the group and the recommendation is that a couple order and share 3-5 dishes. Although our server explained that when she arrived, it was confusing at first and could easily be explained on the menu.
That’s only a minor issue. All in all, a great rest. I would go back again.

Run don’t walk! Phenomal place, service was amazing and even better food! Great wine selection, delicious cocktails (Shiso G&T was a hit). The best jazzy playlist! Open kitchen style , loved being able to see the cooks prep the food! A perfect date night spot, cannot wait to go back!

Fantastic dinner out with five friends. Tasting menu was exceptional and our server, Keira, was fantastic-- one of the best servers of any restaurant in Montreal. My new favorite place!

Even with a reservation, we had to wait quite a while for our table (could have been seated at the bar earlier) but it was well worth the wait. Honestly some of the best Japanese cuisine we've ever had, with sashimi so fresh that you barely need to bite into it. The sake offerings are impressive though we stuck to a light Alsace wine, which paired beautifully with our dinner. Service was a standout with our waiter providing detailed explanations and recommendations with a friendliness that was genuine but not familiar. It was definitely a splurge but we'd save up and do it all over again!

The service is way too slow. And me and my husband both got diarrhea after the dinner.
