went there last night with my friends and this was the most fun ive ever had eating, ever! i already cant wait to go again. the broths were delicious, the meat was flavorful and the fish was so tender it melted in my mouth. they have so many great options for protein and veggies and noodles, we had a hard time choosing. we ate so much food and thought we were gonna pay a fortune but when split amongst 4 people, it was less than 50$! and our server Steven was so fun and welcoming...
The food and the service there are amazing, even though they forgot to bring our soup. Steven was really nice and gave us good service; he was always making sure everything was okay.
We had an amazing experience at Haidilao! The food was fresh, flavorful, and the broth options were incredible, my first time trying hotpot was absolutely a success! But what made the experience even better was our server Oliver, he was absolutely the best! Super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Thank you, Oliver, for the recommendation and for making our dinner so enjoyable! Definitely coming back ☺️
