We took two bowls (the mediterranean and the South-West barbecue) that rang up to 48$ with drinks… if i had one word to describe the food it would be bland. Severe lack of seasoning in every single ingredient. They also didn’t take cash, but the cashier was super nice about it, great customer service! If you’re looking for a salad you can eat more than two bites of, go to Mandy’s it’s way better in my opinion.

I placed an online order to pick up from store when the store was supposed to be open. Funny enough I got there and the place was closed. I tried calling over and over again but no one answered the phone. The only other way to contact was through an email to support which no one replied until now. PLEASE UPDATE OPEN HOURS.

I ordered the green smoothie here earlier today and I am quite disappointed. The kale was not blended properly and the pineapple was seemingly missing. The consistency was very much liquid with not-properly-blended chunks of kale. I have ordered this previously at this location and other locations. I am not certain whether they changed the recipe but I used to enjoy this.EDIT: Guillaume (the owner) kindly reached out and offered me a new free smoothie.

I am a fan of Freshi but the service and food in this location was disappointing.Place is dirty. Tables were not clean. I caught the staff taking something from the ground and putting it in the plate. I asked her for a fork and she threw it on the table.The food was horrible. Vegetables were not fresh and beans all burnt out and stuck together.The smoothie was more like a milk juice with some veggies inside. Nothing like a smoothie.And the pudding had big chunks of fruits inside. Both staff present just wanted to get back eating and just did whatever that was convinience. This was disappointing and a waste of my money.

Excellent service provided. I was able to make adjustments and customize my meal as needed and they were very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious!

Sometime this place is FANTASTIC! With super nice staff, quick service, and stellar salads. However, some days, like today, you get a salad with everything missing. I ordered the fiesta salad, my favourite, for it to be missing cheddar, black beans, salsa, and wontons. Additionally, the salad was put on ice berg, not field greens. Incredibly disappointed. I’m basically just eating ice berg lettuce with tomato chunks. I can’t believe this was over $10. If an ingredient is out, please tell me when I’m ordering so I can choose something else!UPDATE: I returned to the restaurant to explain the situation and they fixed my salad. I thought all was well and good until I looked closer and saw that there was chunks of what smells like FISH on my salad. As a vegetarian, I can’t eat this. I also can’t be bothered to return to the restaurant for a third time and try again. I love freshii, but today was a huge miss.

I bought a smokehouse burrito this afternoon and require removing the source. The stuff removed all the vegetables and beans, they only give me a burrito with brown rice and little tomatoes ! And it cost me 10 dollars! So angry!

I ordered one of the smoothies 'Recovery' and a wrap with brown rice and veggies. Smoothie was too good. I am definitely coming back for that. And i would love to try all the othe juices too. Wrap was meh.
