I tried the poutine frite alors, the fries were excellent and stayed crispy beneath the gravy. The gravy was tasty and the cheese curd made the famous “skouik skouik”.
I wasn’t a huge fan of the topping of the “frites alors”, I would recommend better the Ginette or the double cheese !
One of my favourite place for fries and poutine.
