The wonton wrapper was too thick and it smelled like flour. The waiter had no sense of service. He sat down and waited for a long time without coming to order. His face was expressionless. The fried shrimps were salty and needed to be rinsed with water. The scallion oil noodles had no flavor. This was the second time I visited. Won't come again in the future

A plate of dumplings + rice pudding dessert for less than $15, in a stylish atmosphere and with courteous service in French, it's a winner! I will come back!

We went for a fast supper and let's start with a super cozy, renewed and clean place. The service fast and super kind.
Last but not least the food literally amazing! Can't wait to come back and try other things.
We tried juicy dumplings pork, steamed rice, chicken cutlet, cucumbers salad and tea egg. Not pricy at all.
Thank you ❤️?

Restaurant Review: Fu Chun Soupe Dumpling
We recently revisited Fu Chun Soupe Dumpling on De Maisonneuve, and it was a delight to return. Conveniently located with ample paid parking nearby, this small and cozy restaurant stands out with its vibrant, colorful decor that adds to the warm, inviting atmosphere.
The menu is filled with delicious choices, and everything we tried was exceptional. I may not be a Xiao Long Bao expert, but my in-laws—who know their dumplings—claim these are the best in Montreal. The dumplings were delicate and perfectly filled, with rich, flavorful broth that made each bite a treat.
Overall, Fu Chun is a gem worth seeking out. Whether you’re a dumpling aficionado or just love great food, it’s well worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back!

The soup-dumplings were good, the pork sweet, a little too sweet. The eel dish was also very good, served hot.
The duck looked like pieces of Peking duck served warm or even cold - not worth it. Nice decor and adequate service.
Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs but no changing table.

Really good, except half of soup dumplings were so cooked that they were stuck to paper and ripped open. So half of dumplings were soupless. Hoping this is fixed soon, would love to return!

P1 is how the dish was served to the table.
$17.99 for chicken bones and skin. No meat.
So ridiculous. Completely different from the pics on their social media.
Thanks for the clarification, so you were saying Chicken from Longgang are underweighted so it has no meat? Maybe find another farm?
