Really cute and interestingly designed place, the interior has a lot of character and the open kitchen layout makes this establishment a bit more intimate, hearing the wok and chefs communicate while making your food was a cool addition.
The service was great and the staff are very friendly but the food speaks for itself, the dumplings and Shanghai noodles are a regular order we get, we recently tried the spicy peanut butter noodles as well and I’ll be getting those again. For beverages you can order a variety of alcoholic drinks along side teas, matcha latte, sodas, and complimentary water. I highly recommend either the chicken cabbage dumplings or the beef and onion, you cannot go wrong with either choice.
If you are deciding if you should try this place - it is worth it, there are a lot of dumpling places in the surrounding area and this one falls on the middle to higher end of the ranks for the area.

We did not have high expectations when we came in but I must say the food was SO GOOD - especially the xiao long bao!! We got the sweet rib xiao long bao and it was one of the best foods I have eaten in Montreal - so sweet and so juicy. We also got the fried shrimp pork dumplings which were also good and they were huge. Lastly, the spicy peanut dumplings were also really good although we thought that the peanut sauce could use a little bit more flavor. I would definitely recommend this place especially for the xiao long bao.

Got the shanghai noodles with porc katsu and duck confit. Highly recommend the duck, very flavourful and pairs really well with shanghai noodles. Also got the crab and porc soup dumplings, an explosion of flavour. A true hidden gem downtown. Portion is good for the price!

A proper dumpling feast! 🥟✨ Started with a warming pork & vegetable wonton soup, silky dumplings floating in a light, fragrant broth. Then came the fried pork & shrimp dumplings, golden and crisp on the outside, juicy inside. The highlight? Beef & onion xiao long bao, perfectly pleated with that burst of savory broth in every bite. Comfort food at its finest, right in the heart of the city.

This place is more than a restaurant – it feels like a secret I carry with me. Among all the places I’ve visited, this is the one I always return to. Every dish is prepared with a kind of quiet perfection, every flavor seems to linger just a little longer, like a melody you don’t want to end. The atmosphere embraces you warmly, and the service carries a gentle elegance. It is not just one of the best – it is the place that keeps calling me back, again and again.

Food is really good. Although I have to say one person running the cash, and waiting is not ideal during peak times on a weekend
