They have really good Iranian Barbari bread.. The pastries are good too. However, the guy at the cash is not the best person to represent the place. He doesn’t put any effort for customer service. They need to work on customer service to grow.

Hi guys. I want to share my appreciation about the quality and service that you’re providing. The sweeties are very good, tasty and contain not much sugar. Diversity of the sweeties made me hardships to choose. The traditional interior seats and freshness of prepared food make people fell in love with the lace that you have created. Thank you Alireza for making this much sweet place. I like also the exterior seats that you added recently. Definitely I’ll pass again and will advise everyone to pass by.

The prices are constantly increasing, while the old man who is the seller respects the customer a lot, but unfortunately, the young man who works there sells each cream bread to the customer with a difference of 1 dollar. Worse, I called them this morning before I gave them a call, and the same guy picked up the phone again. I asked them that I am coming from the end of Kundish, do you have cream bread ready? He said yes, but unfortunately now that I have walked so much, they say it will be ready in 1 hour. When I protested and said why I called before, you said yes we have and you wasted my time, they rudely replied that you called 10 minutes ago. Even though I used to buy from this shop all the time, I decided not to buy from here at all. As I already mentioned, I am a regular customer of this store. The old guy wearing glasses is respecting a lot to customers, for example, he's charging me all the time $2.50 for a single pomegranate whipped cream, but the young guy charged me 1 dollar more $3.50 for each. When I said a few days ago I paid 2:50, he said, inflation has soared across Canada. This morning, I was in a rush and didn't have enough time because I had a lot to do. As a result, prior to going there, I called them if they have pomegranate whipped cream, if not, avoid wasting my time, but the young guy said yes, you can come to the store. When I arrived there and asked him to get me 4 times of those, he surprisingly replied "l am sorry, it's not ready yet, and it will be ready in 1 hour. When I complained why he told me on the phone that it is available and you can come to the store, he said rudely you just telephoned me 10 minutes ago, meaning that I never respect my clients' time and I don't have any commitments and responsibilities towards my actions and mistakes products a lot, I have determined never go there. And I will also ask my family members as well as my friends not to go there anymore.

I go there every week and they never disappoint. They have great customer service which adds a lot to the As a PAB working in the area. I always can walk in and be greeted with a smile even in my stressful moments.
