Excellent smoked meat
excellent
Good food, reasonably priced. Casual atmosphere.
While primarily French speaking, staff makes an effort where possible to provide service in English.
Good plays
Pricy, but very worth it. The food is delicious and the server is very kind.
Came here last night for the first time. It's a nice little dinner on Ontario Street. I had the Texas burger. The caramelized onions were good however the burger lacked flavor. Fries was good. Partner had the fish and ships which was delicious. Every full meal came with a soup. Last night the soup was pea soup which was delicious.
I really like the way I was able to sit there charge my phone get a coffee and water without being asked too much because I was just waking up and then I could order quickly without even having to wait and get my food my coffee again and water and then everything was so well executed. 3 waitress there are fire 🔥😍
I always eat well when I go there
Meh. There are better places nearby that are also cheaper.
Gerry’s Delicatessen is the definition of a hidden gem for brunch! The food is simple, unpretentious, and absolutely delicious. The plate I had was generously portioned, perfectly cooked, and hit all the right notes for classic comfort food. There’s nothing overly fancy about this spot, which is exactly what makes it stand out—it’s all about good, honest food.
Unlike some of the big-name Montreal brunch places like Beauty’s or Arthur’s, Gerry’s focuses on delivering quality without the fuss. Loved everything about it and can’t wait to go back for more!

Surprisingly nice experience with friendly fast service. No fuss simple meal at a good price! Will try again! I went for the smoked meat which was comparable to all the other big names so give it a try to see for yourself!
Ordered 2 club sandwiches. The chicken has no spice, chicken boulli. No flavor. In my father's club there was a clump of hair as if it had dropped on the floor. At least 5-6 long hairs tangled together, disgusting.

Great place for lunch. Professional and friendly staff. Downside, the music.
I love my father!
An absolutely delicious hidden gem in Montreal! We found this place by chance and were probably the only English speakers in the place! Our server was kind enough to offer to translate our menus, too.
The sandwiches were absolutely fabulous, as were the vibes! They had a fantastic singer performing in half of the restaurant, which made for a really fun time! Would highly recommend a visit to Gerry’s if you find yourself in the area!
