I know this restaurant even before the pandemic. I went back afterwards but had a change of cook (not great) I went back there this week (July 2024). It was superb. Food, service wow. What can I say about Elisa’s service IMPECCABLE. Every restaurant should have an Elisa. Smiling, keen to serve her customers well. I found my soul Bolduc that I love. I recommend this restaurant +++

On a attendu plus d'une heure pour des repas qui étaient particulièrement mal cuisiné alors qu'il n'y avait pas grand monde, un samedi après midi. J'ai aussi vu des clients chercher leurs menus, leurs cafés ou leurs eaux car personne ne venait leur offrir un minimum de service. Depuis le changement de personnel, le Maam Bolduc est tombé bien bas.

We were fans of the pulled pork poutine but this time we were really disappointed! The fries were undercooked, the pork was not shredded and barely had any pulled pork sauce to give it all its flavor. I have the impression that there is a lot of negligence when ordering with Uber eats on the part of the restaurant. It’s a shame because we couldn’t wait to eat this poutine which had left its mark on us because it was so delicious. Wasn't worth the price at all.

Went there on Sunday around 12:30 pm, waited half an hour to be seated (and we were lucky because a group in line before us gave up and left). 5 min after sitting we were told that it will take an hour to serve us because they had a backlog of orders. We left.

used to love this place but less over the years unfortunately. charging $4 for a tiny cup of maple syrup in a delivery is pretty funny.
