Grozépa - Brasserie Urbaine

We were very disappointed with our visit. Upon arrival, the staff gave us attitude and told us there were no available tables, even though the restaurant was nearly empty with plenty of open seating. Instead, we were placed at the very end of the bar where there was no proper space to enjoy a meal. The lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome, and we decided to leave without ordering. Unfortunately, this is not a place we would recommend. Never again

Drove from laval to go there when i got there they asked if i had a reservation i said no the place was empty they told us they only had seats at the bar seated in the dirtiest place they had no space to eat Dominic couldnt even look at us in the eyes food might be good but i couldnt stand being treated like some 3rd class citizen if you cant respect your clients a minimum then we never coming back we got up and left.

Very cute and cozy resto-bar. Food is delicious and the vibe is good. Always had good service. Dominic is super friendly and very helpful. It was nice to meet him and have a chat.

Spent a great night, food and drinks were on point. Dominic greeted us when Arrived. we’ll go back in the coming weeks with friends. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to dance and enjoy good food

First off!!! Before I start my review. I was so surprised to read the latest one from
Blue. Like really, you must be a king thinking you deserve royal treatment. The review was quite intense and so off!
I have been going a few times lately. And service is always great! The people are always friendly and manager there is always accommodating and ready to help you have the best experience and always with a smile. Not sure 🤔 if his name is Domenic but amazing always with all clients.
Food is good with lots of choices!
And the smash burger is VERY GOOD!
Some people are better suited for Wendy’s I suppose. Try it. Trust me! 😊
Dj always playing fun music and place is very clean and everyone is always having a great time. I’ve passed with friends, with family etc. They all feel as I do. They also have a great terrace which is always a nice addition to a resto.
Just be sure to not judge places on reviews alone. Cause some people do believe they deserve more than they do. To receive good service, you also need to be a nice person.
Go check it out. You will not be disappointed!

Seriously guys…just go somewhere else!!!
Only positive in this post is that the place is clean and very nice but that’s where it ends.
Got seated and at least 35 min before receiving our first drink and place was not busy at all but the level of socializing in this place between staff is horrendous.
Ordered 3 drinks and although tasty and well presented all were very very warm when they should be shaken, served on ice and ice cold.
Salmon tartar…not gonna lie was very good but the smash burger…please turn around and run too Wendy’s! Terrible, burnt to a crisp sweet patties that resembled and tasted like sugar laced charcoal, honestly the worst burger I have ever had in my life. The meat breaks like a cracker, the center is rock hard.
We consistently had to ask someone to come to see us to reorder more drinks, napkins, fresh water.
Manager on location…Domenic I believe was more interested in being a ladies man,trying to whoo the lady customers, putting his arms around them, smiling, laughing and not once did he come to see us to make sure everything was ok. Left more than 3/4 of my food on my plate and was not even asked if it was to my taste it was just taken away and disposed of.
In short this place is a train reck and not due to the lack of staff. There was more staff then customers on this nigh but all just socializing and even sitting at the bar multiple times. A real shame.

We came in a group , the service was fast and good , best cheese pizza I ate . The server was super funny and nice , overall good experience.

Food is average and i think is overpriced. Also you don't get to choose about your table even though bar isn't full and if you are there early then made you seat worse place. Aware of that

Might be the best fried chicken batter in mtl. Hands down! Really worth it 🤯🤯

Nattaniel is the best really good service and good drinks really nice musique

Google says closing time is 10pm. Got there at 9:15 pm just for take out and refused to serve us out because they decided to close at 9pm.

Probably fav place in mtl. Not only is the big daddy Mac delicious but the atmosphere is great as well!
