I booked a room for two nights. However, when I checked into the hotel, the staff was not friendly. I was told that my room was not ready. They asked me to wait for 20 minutes and promised to call me when it was ready. However, when I came back after an hour and spoke to the concierge, who was a black lady, she told me she was busy. And she kept being very aggressive. Instead of an apology, I told her that I deserved better treatment, but she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by talking back. I told her that if I were a white man, I would not only have been accommodated promptly, but I would have also been treated with respect. As a black male, she had no idea what I do for a living and felt like she could talk to me in such an unacceptable manner. I will never stay at this hotel again. At some point, I even felt like they were making fun of me. If it were possible to rate below one star, I would have given it to them.

Every time my wife and I plan a trip to Montréal, this is the first hotel that comes to mind and the only one we even consider staying at. The location, service, and overall experience are always top-notch. We've been to Montréal four times now in the last couple of years and have stayed at this hotel on three of our four visits. The atmosphere you are engulfed in the second you step into the building is one of luxury and relaxation. The staff is so incredibly kind and is always ready to help with any need imimaginable. The aroma's at this hotel; everything from room sprays to body products is incredible. My wife goes crazy over them every time we visit. You truly feel pampered from the moment you arrive. The rooms are so chic and beautiful, and the pillows are incredibly soft and comfortable—something not even the best Sheraton hotels can offer. The overall experience is truly luxurious and worth every penny. My wife and I are never dissatisfied and despair at the thought of leaving after such lovely trips. We always look forward to our next visit and it's always such a pleasure staying here.

Impeccable valet service never seen before!!!Great restaurant! Pairing with Café olympico is a marvel! Close to everything on foot, less than 5 minutes away! Please I'll go back soon enough!Rooms: Decor with brick!!! I love showers, I wanted to spend the whole weekend there!

What a wonderful hotel! Perfectly located in Old Montreal. The staff was friendly and we had a very positive experience with Otilia Cheang, our concierge. Her neighborhood recommendations were spot on and we were so appreciative of her hand written note and gift left in our room upon arrival (we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary). We had dinner at Maggie Oakes: exceptional! We would definitely return!

We had a lovely experience at this boutique hotel. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The design was very trendy and modern. The beds were comfortable and the showers was magical. The location is unbeatable for Old Montreal as it’s walkable to everything. Overall, a wonderful experience.

L'endroit est superbe, J'aurais aimé être dans un autre dôme que le nôtre vu l'emplacement mais malheureusement on m'a dit qu'on ne peut pas choisir. Les 5 services sont bien, mais on aurait voulu plus de variétés dans le menu et breuvage, c'était un peu limité vu le prix. Le service en soi (serveur) impeccable ? La réservation sans possibilité d'annulation ni de changement ? parce qu'on peut avoir un imprévu comme tomber malade par exemple, c'est plate dans ce cas là. En général, bonne expérience mais est sujette à quelques ajustements qui pourraient apporter plus de satisfaction client.

C'était notre première expérience dans les dômes et nous avons été ravis de la vivre avec notre serveur Vincent. Il a été très attentif et a l'écoute de nos besoins. La quantité et la qualité des différents plats étaient au rendez-vous. Je recommande fortement l'expérience.

Excellent evening. Alexa, our maitre d'hôtel , was fantastic. Helpful, charming and fun. Very nice view on the vieux port. And the meals choice was large enough to fit everyone's taste

French staff really rude ! Been a neighbour area over 15 years, and have recommended many friends and tourists to the hotel and eat once a week a Maggie Oaks that’s inside the hotel, drink 2 to 4 coffees from olimpico that’s also Inside the hotel ! yet sitting and waiting for a friend in the empty sitting area second floor hotel to go eat at Maggie oaks that’s inside the hotel ! there’s was literally no body in second floor ! Manager comes and kick me out saying I do not have anyone in hotel, did not even want to arguing with him because of his coldness !hope staff would take time and understand customer before being rude and tell him to exit the hotel !

The brunch experience in the dome is outstanding. The food was fabulous and we left very satisfied. We were actually there for brunch a month ago and enjoyed it so much we came back. Do not miss this!
