I ordered delivery through DoorDash and only 30 minutes later got a message from the driver saying that the restaurant is closed. The restaurant didn’t bother turning off their DoorDash so people could still order even though it’s closed. I called and didn’t get an answer, confirming what the dasher was saying. Extremely disappointed and this in itself will not have me ordering from here again. Waste of time and lack of consideration for paying customers.

Initially I had my Doubt to go back since Simon retired. Congrats well deserved.
I was not disappointed. Great food as always. Chef Jason Yu was Simon brother in law and use to be his chef. Now he is the chef of the new owner. I will definitely continue to come as always.

Worst service I’ve ever gotten in my life with it over an hour to even get our food, not even busy, don’t waste your time coming into this restaurant

Very disappointed. It’s not the same at all since the previous owners retired. The chicken fried rice was completely tasteless — not even a hint of salt. The salt and pepper shrimp was overcooked and the egg rolls had no flavor whatsoever. The menu may be the same, but the quality has gone downhill drastically.

I agree with Patrick, food is below standard. Not enough sauce on the general tao. Hunan dumpling sauce was bland. They give you a small sauce in a pouch for the spring roll. They’re cheaping out. Going to give them one more chance, then it’s over.

WAS a regular customer with previous owners (congrats on their retirement). New ownership since end August 2025, food is well below previous standards. Unless they improve the quality of the food, will not be ordering there again.
Dumplings were thicker, sauces were thick. Egg Roll sauce was clumpy, Chicken Su Guy was overcooked and hard, Egg Roll filling was undercooked, wonton meat was undercooked. Garlic spare ribs were hard and sauce was very greasy
