The burger I ate was probably the worst burger I've ever had. The meat had no real flavour. It was really salty and had a sort of 'fake grill marks' aftertaste.

— Terrible Experience on June 23, 2025 – Won’t Be Returning
I visited this Harvey’s location on June 23, 2025, at 8:12 PM and had one of the worst customer service experiences. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich — something I get all the time — but from the moment I walked in, the staff’s attitude and lack of professionalism were obvious.
The cashier was on what sounded like a personal call while taking my order, holding the phone to her ear the whole time. Then I’m handed a plain crispy chicken sandwich. I asked if it was mine (since I was the only one in line), and she said yes. I let her know that I had asked for Buffalo, not plain, and she snapped back, “Well then pay more,” in a rude and condescending tone. I paid the extra $1.14 just to avoid any more hassle.
The sandwich they gave me had buffalo sauce lazily drizzled on top — not tossed like it always is when I order it. I pointed that out and was told again, “That’s how we make it,” in the same dismissive tone. I pressed the issue because I know what I ordered and how it’s usually prepared.
When the manager (i think his name is Warned or something of the sort i’m not too sure on the spelling) finally got involved, he brushed it off, saying, “It’s the same thing,” and “We already washed the dishes,” even though it was only 8:23 PM and they don’t close until 9. He eventually tossed the chicken in some sauce and handed it off to be assembled.
By the time I finally got the sandwich the way I originally ordered it, the food was already cold and I had completely lost my appetite. I wish I could’ve got refunded because the food wasn’t worth it anymore.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. The service was rude, the staff had terrible attitudes, and the food was carelessly prepared. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Never again.

The manager (white old man with no tag) is horrible, rude, and doesn't respect promotions or gift cards, his lack of customer service is impregnated in the ambiance of the place and all their staff that looked defeated and tired of him. He shouldn't be having contact with customers.

The manager doesn't respect my gift card, in the card said that I can change it for a sandwich or burguer buffalo, normal, between other options, and he was so rude with my sister and I and he gave us a normal hamburger, I'm not sure if he is the manager but I think so bc the girl call him to do the gift card change, AWFUL place
Google maps put so much ads so it’s impossible to filter by open now, you tap and it opens Harvey’s which is closed right now

Been going to this location out of convenience for a while as it's near home. The cashiers are usually nice, and I have nice service. But I went today, and as every other time he's here, the manager is, as usual not listening to people, like we're bothering him.
He also appears to treat employees very poorly, it's clear to see with how they act around him. He also was very rude, and unwilling to answer questions or give proper answers. To summarize, no active listening, a welcome so terrible I got discouraged to even order anything (I would have normally, but this just made me feel I wasn't even welcome in the place, and a bother)
While I'm not the pickiest customer, and rarely say anything, I just can't believe the owner is someone the brand might want associated with the name. Perhaps he could benefit from a curriculum in human interaction, to start, instead of treating customers like a nuisance.
