I hadn’t been to Harvey’s in years, but I found myself near the location at 255 Crémazie Ouest and figured I’d give it another try. It’s right off the highway service road, making it very easy to access. The parking lot isn’t huge, but there was ample space when I arrived, and I had no trouble finding a spot.
Inside, half the dining area was closed, but with only a handful of diners, this wasn’t a problem. I wasn’t very hungry, so I went with just a double original burger. The cashier was polite and fast, but I have to flag a concern: he handled cash from two customers before me, then put one glove on (just one) and started prepping my burger without washing his hands. He didn’t touch my food with the ungloved hand, and I was watching carefully, but still—not an ideal practice.
That said, let’s talk taste: the burger was excellent. Topped with the works, it was flavourful, fresh, and far from boring. Despite the small hiccup, I left satisfied and would definitely consider returning for a quick, tasty bite.

It took me 1 hour to get 1 angus burger trio. We were 3 people in line and one guy was standing doing nothing. Someone stepped on a burger bun and tried to use it again and they put an onion ring were the condiments are supposed to be. I f I were Harvey’s I would fire everyone. This is unacceptable when they call themselves fast food!!!!!

Please tell your employees to use disposable gloves when they prepare the food,.... saying there are no gloves left is unacceptable. Hygiene measures should be mandatory (common sense).

Oct 22 I visited to buy supper after 9 and I saw a cockroach run across the food counter service area where the condiments were served and I told the server that was servicing my order and he was like just nonchalantly continuing the order while I was watching it go across the bright counter and go into the crevice. I was so shocked. He said “oh! “This is the first time I’ve seen this but the way he said it did not sound convincing and he tried to get it but those sucker are fast. This building site is by itself and not near enough to be attached to another place and it’s on the service road so u would think that would not happen if regularly maintained standards are being kept, but it did. I can’t close my eyes to it. Mind you I love Harvey’s but i don’t think I can go back to this one again after this. Such a shame I been going to this one since it opened and I was big enough to visit. So disappointing.

The steaks are disgusting, they look like veggie steaks mixed with dog food. The toilets are in a terrible state The lady who takes your order is 2/10 in each ear and doesn't give you a single smile The burger is cold, the fries are undercooked In short, don't go there
Didn't not accept coupons said I had to order on the app. Had coupon code and they didn't accept. Kept on insisting that coupons could not be accepted. Even after I insisted I've done so in the past and it was accepted at other Harveys. Long wait at the cash and rude. Never going to this Harveys again. Also tried ordering threw app. And after I finished all my order, app said oops something went wrong twice and app is now malfunctioning. Booted me out a few times. Terrible . Never had such a bad experience at and other Harveys. Your employees should be trained on how to treat customers and work their cash system.
