Undercooked fries again. I felt like I was eating raw fries and had to cook everything in my air fryer when I got home and now the whole thing was spoiled.

Beware when paying with paypass!!! Went there on the 21 Nov 2025 at 1:15am ordered the special 2 original for 9$..total 10,35$. I paid with my phone (when paying with paypass the terminal usually doesn't show the amount) so i tap and the guy goes to make the burgers. Few seconds later i get a confirmation of my purchase for the amount of 12,87$.
So i wait till the guy comes back with my burgers to ask him for the bill. When i asked he seemed to already know that he had over charged me. I see him looking at the bills still attached together that he never gave to the customers then open the window and hands me a toonie telling me he over charged me. First of all HOW did he already knew he over charged me..and second i told him it's 2$ and 52cents that he owes me (missing 52 cents) nervously he hands me 4 quarters, 1 dime and 1 nickle. I think he knew i caught him over charging me so yeah he was nervous. I usually didn't see the purchases amount on my phone when i used to pay with paypass but since i enabled it last year i see all of it so everybody should enable it as well. Who knows how many other people he over charged to make some easy tip.

Had been here for dinner like always this Thursday and really enjoyed the burgers. The meat was well cooked the salads were fresh too. Special note the guy who was on the grill i have seen him a few times and he was there on Thursday too he smiles and greets you and it really is welcoming for any customer. Will visit again

Was here for lunch with my friends and really enjoyed the burgers specially the Angus cheese bacon with their new jalapeno was amazing . Special shoutout to the griller the guy was really sweet and smiled always at us and also made the bun heat up on the grill , I have seen him before too he’s smile made my day ! Would visit again.

I ordered a veggie burger and deep fried pickles through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The veggie patty was extremely overcooked, dry, and almost inedible. The deep fried pickles were completely burnt and had a bitter taste, making them impossible to enjoy. For the price, I expected fresh, properly cooked food, but this was far below Harvey’s usual standard. Really hope the restaurant pays more attention to quality and food preparation, especially for delivery orders.
