The food was okay, but it was so cold in the dining room! Everyone had their winter coats, it must have been 10 degrees. When we arrived at our table, the onion rings were already cold. Too bad, by wanting to save money by cutting heating, you scare customers away.

I like Harvey’s poutine. Yesterday i ordered pick up and i wanted extra gravy in the poutine. But they never put it. Every time i have to open and check and tell them again to put extra gravy because i pay for it. It is always extra charge for extra gravy but i don’t understand why they never put it. It was just dry fries. DISAPPOINTED!!!

Terrible service, for a fast food restaurant waiting more than 30 minutes is really disappointing, many employees and very slow service, nothing to do with Harvey's Lasalle the best
