Flavourless fried chicken from under a heat lamp. Confused why they don’t put any seasoning or salt into the breading. Literally flavourless. So sad I spent 20 bucks on this!

It was a 5* a while ago but the quality is no longer there.
Smaller portions, the chicken no longer has any taste it's just oily, the noodles are extremely dry.. Unfortunately I won't be coming back again.
The service is still good though.

Arrived here by chance, big disappointment. The chicken is cooked randomly with pieces that are a little questionable in terms of texture. The waffle fries must have spent half a day waiting for me because they were cold, soft, mushy and tasteless. A horror.

Les prix sont assez élevés, 24$ pour une poutine régulière et une canette de soda. En plus, j'ai demandé une poutine classique et on me donne une poutine avec des échalottes dessus. Sans compter que la portion est vraiment petite. J'avais encore faim après avoir mangé une poutine à 20$. Bref, chaques restaurants ont peu de choix, ca fait pitié. Un ami a commandé un bol de ramens, et après 45 minutes, son bol n'était toujours pas prêt! Une amie a commandé une pizza, et ca ressemblait plus à un morceau de pâte avec une salade dessus plutot qu'une pizza, surtout qu'encore une fois, ca fait cher pour un 'fast food' qui n'a rien de fast.
Une fois notre bouffe en main (ou pas), on doit s'assoir, et coudonc, il y a juste des grosses tables ou tout le monde est tassé les uns contre les autres. La musique est inutilement forte. Je ne comprend pas le système de 'pagettes' pour nous avertir que la bouffe est prête. La dernière chose que je veux tenir dans mes mains avant de manger, c'est une ptite pagette qui ne semble pas avoir été lavée depuis l'éclipse qui a été prise par un nombre inconnu de personnes à l'hygiène douteuse.
L'endroit est ultra petit, difficile de bien circuler, tout le monde se rentre dedans, ils devraient enlever un resto ou 2, car ca fait quasi clostrophobe à la limite.
Au moins les resto avec leurs ptites décorations, ont peux dire que ca fait concept cool/hipster/branché, mais autrement, je ne retournerai jamais la-bas. En gros, c'est un food-court de centre d'achat glorifié pour des jeunes millénials 'cool'.

It's been twice in a row that I've gone to Ho Lee Chix to eat a General Tao poutine without being able to eat it.The first time, the lady at the counter told me she was unable to serve it to me. It was 2:00 p.m.Then the second time, I went there on a Saturday around noon but there was no one there to serve. The lights were on though. All other restaurants at Central were open. After several minutes I decided to leave. I left Central and went to eat elsewhere.I will no longer travel to eat at your restaurant. I won't recommend it either.Too bad for Central.So much for Ho Lee Chix.
