The best Babka in town! Very kind and helpful service
“I’ll have an Americano with cream”
“Uh, we only have milk.”
Excellent croissants! Buttery and flakey. Tasted amazing. Also had a baguette which was just ok. Did not enjoy it as much...the crust and chew was lacking. Lots of better baguettes in the neighbourhood. Will come back to try other items.
I believe I got the ricotta & zaatar pastry which was DIVINE. I’ve gotten bread here too and it’s always been great. The coffee, however, isn’t the greatest but definitely come here for the food!
The vibe is so cold and uninviting. The sandwiches are fine but definitely overpriced for what they are but worst of all I don't think I've ever been that offended by something such as the latkes I had there, boiled and bland blocks of nothingness with the most horrendous dilled sour cream. I rarely ever leave reviews but please do yourself a favor and avoid getting ripped off there so many better bakeries around that are better priced at a much higher quality.
My fave is their chocolate cookies! 🍪
Just had one of the best pastries I have ever had at this location. I couldn’t believe how good it was.
The best croissant in Canada! My partner loved their croissant and took me there. Their butter comes from Normandy in France. It is worth to do the hike to Plateau just to get their croissant.
I can see why this is one of the best bakeries in Montreal. The service as I was greeted was exceptional, probably one of the friendliest. I tried their samples, as well as one sweet (cinnamon danish) and one savoury pastry (cheese and spinach danish) . Fresh and delicious. What surprised me was the coffee - it was one of the best lattes I’ve had. Will definitely be coming back.
Best oatmeal cookies in Montreal and their baguettes are amazing! This hidden little bakery on the Plateau makes exquisite pastries with a friendly smile, and I’m happy to see that it’s become very popular recently for coffee or lunch, which is well deserved. Try their white “milk” bread!

Fabulous bakery blending Jewish(ish) flavors with French technique. The babka croissant was phenomenal, as was the ginger cake. Try whatever they have on sample on the counter, you won't be disappointed!
Croissant 🥐 and pastry! Exceptional products and friendly service!
Creative and delicious baked goods! Don’t go there late in the afternoon because they may not have a lot of things left.
I had really high expectations for the croissants here, as they were recommended by so many people. The butter croissant I had was flaky, but unfortunately was so salty.
I genuinely cannot say this about any other place I’ve ever or currently frequent: everything is good. Pick anything off the menu, try any pastry or bread, it’s all good.
