wonderful service by Yousef, went above and beyond. He was fast kind and the food was amazing:) Support local and come eat at this lovely spot!! i’d give 6/5 if i could
Rude customer service , got inside and no one to great me , the girl working could not be bothered to be there to give me my order after i came out of the bathroom , felt like I was bothering her
The food was fine and the staff were nice but the price to portion ratio is criminal
I feel sorry for the worker working alone. We came as family of 6 sorry for the big order. I hope your management does better. If you’re a big group don’t come here.
not ideal for a group. Only one worker always.
We visited here on a Friday evening. When we walked in, the entire place was dead, and it smelled like smoke. Apparently the employees burned something. We walked up to try and order something, and they came toward us from out back, gave us a dirty look, and then turned around and walked away. So we left and will never go back.
Of the wave of new Crepe places that have emerged in Montreal lately, Holychoco has to be the most decadent. If you are typically a solo diner like me, be warned that you need to bring a friend to order one of the main items here unless you have a truly seasoned sweet tooth. The crepes here are considerably more expensive than most competitors but they are massive to back up the price tag. I went with the Holychoco special. This crepe was served standing tall, stuffed full of banana, strawberry, brownies and tons of chocolate sauce. There was hardly any crepe layer with how much other stuff it was, it was indulgent to a nearly guilty extent. By the time I was 2/3 in I realized this was not designed to be consumed by a single person but I was in too deep at that point. I might have caught a cavity or two at Holychoco but I won't say it wasn't an enjoyable experience either. For medical reasons I probably shouldn't return though.
Great desserts but this poor girl works alone, dealing with a busy night by herself,it’s outrageous how you can treat an amazing employee
Worker was vaping outside when we got there. They were BLASTING music and took FOREVER to come take our order. Croffles were okay but definitely overpriced.
One of the worst orders I’ve ever had! I ordered from Holychoco Montréal through Uber and it was a complete waste of money. The food was stale, disgusting, and tasted old. The drinks were overly sweet and had strange, unknown particles in them that were absolutely sickening. This place has zero sense of hygiene or quality! I would never recommend it – don’t waste your money here!

It's worth the detor.
Great dessert place but full of smoke...we've been there 5 times this summer but each time when we complain the workers say it's the exhaust not working ... This rating is to protect the workers who are getting hacked by the smoke.. owners please take action...this is unacceptable
Too expensive for nothing
I ordered a mango smoothie and it tasted really bad
We went on Saturday evening around 6:30 pm. The place was empty. There was only one person working. It took 15 minutes to get one Lotus hot cookies. I found it very sugary but it was ok.
Terrible service, waited 40 minutes for my order.
