Finalement réouvert après une fermeture de plusieurs mois. La place à aller pour tout amateur de gastronomie. Optez pour une formule de plats à partager entre convives, c'est la meilleure façon selon moi de goûter à tout. Mention spéciale aux huîtres chaudes et aux desserts... et au staff bien sûr!

1st time for both of us and it was fantastic (on his list of "restos to try")! We went for my S.O's 50th birthday and had a lovely table for 2 by the window. Our server explained the menu and answered all our questions. When we asked her what the house specialty was, she said " warm oysters". They were flavorful and definitely warm (which we were not accustomed to), give it a try but we wouldn't order it again. From start to finish everything was delicious. It was super busy for a Tuesday night but the noise level was moderate and ambience was mature, business casual and in general a good vibe ! Thanks for making a 50th birthday dinner special :)

This was our 4th time at Hoogan et Beaufort (but a first for our friends) and like always, it was perfection. Our waiter, Louis, was incredibly attentive, efficient and knowledgeable. The entire wait staff was amazing. The food was simply spectacular. Our table chose the tasting menu and everyone was impressed. Each dish is not only beautiful, but also intricately beautiful. 10/10 every time!

By far one of my favorite restaurants in Montreal. The food is incredible, and the service is great! They went on renos, and I can't wait to see the new place and enjoy the flavors again!
First of all, I consider myself to be a real Foodie, and this restaurant never disappoints! From the professional service to the outstandingly prepared food to the over-the-top wine list, this restaurant has it all. A special shout-out to the restaurant's sommelier, Laurence. Never have I seen anyone more passionate and knowledgeable about their craft than him! Can hardly wait until my next visit!

Pros: - excellents goûts bien marqués et qui change un peu du quotidien (dessert à l'ail noir). - Poireau fondant très goûteux. - Excellent goût de bois fumé des magrets et des champignons. Cons: - crabe des neige effacé par le goût puissant du poireau - Jamais vu de ma vie une assiette de pâtes avec aussi peu de pâtes... portion enfant 2 ans (même pas 5ans). Il faudrait préciser que ce sont des tiers de portion!
