I would give them a zero if I could. The bartender was flat-out rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. We were left standing there for 20 minutes waiting for a single drink, while she blatantly ignored us and instead served someone who rudely cut in front. She saw it happen and chose to disregard us—it was insulting and disrespectful. Whether it was racism, arrogance, or sheer stupidity, it ruined the entire experience from the start. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never return.
