Food is excellent but service is worst. For pick up , never gives actual time based on the rush. Compulsory make people wait 15-20 minutes more at the store. Also, the packing bag quality is the worst - totally difficult to carry till home. Why the hell can't you give actual time and a bag with the handle ?

Visited this place to get some biryani and it was worth it… we ordered Paneer 65 biryani and it was extremely flavourful. Also, the regular size can feed 2 people easily.. highly recommend.

I had the WORST experience at this restaurant. Yesterday, I placed a mobile order for a Dum Biryani Party Pack. I even called to confirm, and they assured me it would be ready by 5:00 PM. Later, I called again just to double-check, and they told me it would actually be delayed until 5:30 PM.

Fine, I reached there at 5:30. The restaurant was practically EMPTY — maybe 4 customers inside — yet my order was still not ready. They kept making me wait with the same excuse over and over: “2 more minutes, it’s ready”. I heard that line at least 3 times, and after waiting almost 20 extra minutes, I was finally told to pay first.

Here’s where it gets worse: while paying, they suddenly tell me my order was put in as a family pack instead of a party pack — even though it was clearly confirmed over the phone. When I argued, they quickly went to the back, came back in a minute, and said, “It’s fine, we’ll fix it.”

They charged me $120 for a party pack and handed me the order. But when I opened it at the party, it was OBVIOUS what they did — they just dumped a ton of rice on top of the family pack and passed it off as a party pack. No extra meat, no proper portioning — just 90% rice. Completely unacceptable.

This place has ZERO respect for customers. The food was mediocre at best, and the way they handled the situation was shady and dishonest. I will never go back here, and I strongly recommend others to stay away from this place.

Extremely disappointed with their service. As a family, we went to dine in, ordered, after 40-45 minutes, still no food or update or any apology from the staff. No other customers seen in the restaurant during the time we were there. Place looks dirty as well.
In less words, we left with no food, and empty stomach.
