I was charged for an item(friend dumplings) but they never put it in mg order. Why?? As I see in other reviews its not uncommon....

Very disappointed with the product I received. I had ordered once or maybe twice before, and I really enjoyed it. But today’s experience was so bad that I had to throw everything away. The sushi tasted and looked old, the tempura had the flavor of old oil, and the miso soup was extremely salty. What a waste of money. Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering from this place.

It was always my favorite place to buy sushi, since I arrived in Montreal. There are several sellers who are terrible at the service and the preparation of the orders, the last few times they have been so unpleasant and this last time I lost my money because they could not even communicate in English or French.

Wednesday April 2, very nice service from the lady who’s multitasking front desk and the kitchen. Sushi and the poke bowl are fresh and very good. I recommend for a to go meal :)
If they put more rice, better lettuce instead of big chunks of iceberg, better sauce instead of a big glob of brown sauce, cut the salmon in smaller pieces it might be alright but without these changes I would absolutely avoid. That said the ingredients were fresh.

Amazing I went to order a poke bowl last Tuesday evening (August 27) and was immediately greeted by a person who obviously didn't want to be there. Already, the fact that I showed my order written on my cell phone seems to have irritated him more (I'm deaf, it's the best option for me to communicate). He disdainfully served me a chicken bowl, while I asked for a salmon bowl, with extra eel. Uncomfortable, in front of the restaurant, I went back as soon as I realized it to point out the mistake, but I told him that he could simply replace the chicken with salmon without having to redo the order. Enraged, he started by denying, SPIT IN HIS GLOVE, possibly his gum, maybe not either, I didn't see clearly. Did he change gloves or not, I hope so, but the doubt remained…Then decided to remove the chicken by hand. He then took a handful of salmon in his hand, very vulgarly “garroked” it into my bowl and handed the bowl back while grumbling. I am young and shy, I didn't dare to say anything and I left. I was never able to eat the bowl, I was too afraid of what I saw and it made me nauseous, not to mention the money and the meal wasted. I will never go back there again.
