Oh, what a nice surprise! The warm atmosphere, the enthusiastic welcome, the joyful hubbub could define a good neighborhood trattoria. But the dishes, and the wines, are on a completely different level: we are surprised, delighted, happy. And that's not the case every day. So well done, thank you, and see you soon!
Amazing experience at Impasto with my son. The vitello tonnato and the octopus with bone marrow were delicious. The rest of the meal was great too. And a plus…natural wine on the wine list ? Highly recommended…we will be back!
We happened upon Impasto on our way to Jean Talon market. What a delightful surprise. We only have superlatives for the time we spent with Charles and his team. The food was incredible , the service impeccable, the wine list extensive and the ambience relaxed and welcoming. Thank you Charles and your team!
