I've been looking for Japanese curry in Montreal and found this place. The katsu curry is delicious and I definitely want to eat more of it. The location is a bit hard to find as it is hidden deep inside a building. When I went there, it was the only restaurant in the food court that had any customers and there was a big line up. Despite that, service was quick enough and the staff was very kind; true to Japanese culture.

Went there for the first time today, loved it!! The staff is super nice too!
Edit: went back there many, many times during my undergrad. Absolutely delicious, nice staff and good prices (bring cash though!). Hands down my favorite place to eat lunch near McGill U, they have made so many of my lunches without ever disappointing. I may have graduated since, but I will definitely go back when I’m around. Thank you!

Wow wow wow! Friendly staff, quick service and delicious food for cheap! This place is a beautiful hidden gem. I recommend the oyakodon, and don't forget to bring cash. Also, I recommend that you come early to avoid the line of hungry students :)
Amazing prices and extremely fresh, homemade food. Reminded me of a lot of lunch spots from around Osaka and Tokyo. Staff are also super friendly and attentive - absolute gem of a lunch spot!

incredible staff, very quick, and very affordable. The food is very tasty, recommend the korroke for sure and they have a small station for sauces as well. they are open 12-3 and so if you want a quick grab, super recommend!
