First experience for us at the Jasmine Al Sham restaurant on Boul Pierrefonds. We called because we had a few questions. The first contact on the phone is professional, cordial and in French. We opted for the chicken skewers plate and the Shish Taouk plate. We wanted the sauces on the side, no problem. We wanted to pre-order our pickup, no problem. We received two beautiful, very generous plates. We loved the quality of the tasty food. Everything was fresh, yum!Thank you and Bravo to the team in place on the evening of February 15! See you soon

I spoke with Patrick on the phone and he was absolutely condescending and disrespectful. The website clearly has a mistake that he also admitted was a mistake, the pitas are said to come with rice, potatoes, salad and sauce and when we ordered we only received 4 pitas with no sides. We call and Patrick doesn’t let me get a word in, interrupts me and then tells me “well it’s common sense you wouldn’t get all that for that price”, learn how to speak to customers. That was a disgusting experience and I myself have worked in retail and customer serve for 4 years and I’ve never experienced such disrespect.Update: The owner was kind enough to call us and send us at least half the sides and was respectful and helpful.
