If I could leave a lower star rating I would.I work in the mall and I went while on my lunch break at 1pm on march 8th. Many of my fellow employees mentioned to me that they give employee discounts for people who work in the mall. I arrive to order and I ask if they give the employee discount. He replies very rudely to me saying that when he goes shopping in other stores that they don’t give him discounts so why should he give me one. He could’ve simply told me no that they don’t do the discount and moved on with his day. The whole experience was horrible. Very rude customer service. I will not be returning.

The owner is rude, he harasses the people who sit on the tables in front of the kiosk, gives him orders to clean and insults him…..On January 13, 2024 in the afternoon, I spontaneously sat down in front of a restaurant called Joséphine la Potine. I was with my 3 children, they wanted to eat rice and chicken.My children started to eat when suddenly a gentleman informed me that the table was reserved for his restaurant, pointing out that he pays a lot for the rent and the tables. He asked me who was going to clean the table.I politely told him that I would clean the table as soon as my children finished eating. However, he insisted that I change seats, claiming that I was not allowed to sit in front of his restaurant. I accepted and moved places with my children. Later, he came back and ordered me to clean the table obligatory. I refused, explaining that my children had just started eating. He told me that I am a cochan.I told him I wanted to call security. On my way to security, I explained the situation to two officers, who informed me that this man had been causing problems for two years and receiving numerous complaints. They advised me to file a complaint against him. Later he followed me asking again to clean the table. I refused and told him I wanted to call the police or security. He insisted on accompanying me to security. I left arguing with them.. I moved away with my children, because he continued to harass me, he greatly disrupted our day. My children were very affected, to the point of stopping eating and becoming sad, creating great discomfort. I am very very disappointed.

It's a beautiful kiosk, it's always very clean, those who work at the kiosk have a warm welcome, their menus are often very well served, a place that is good but I have often noticed that their meals are a little expensive . What I like about this place is the name of the place. I find it very pleasant, thinking that Joséphine loved poutine a lot and also ate a lot of it. It was absolutely necessary that her name be still alive and in perfect health, every time I pass this kiosk the name makes me smile, a kiosk which is very well placed in the Place Versailles Shopping Center.Vegetarian options: They have multiple choices for everyone.Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions are available and posted for everyone.Parking: A very large Shopping Center Parking lot is available free of charge for those who come to the Shopping Center without any problem.Kid-friendliness: The chairs and tables are designed and are perfectly suited to children, there are many children in this Shopping Center.Wheelchair accessibility: Many people arrive in wheelchairs at this Shopping Center, the Shopping Center is located on the same level as the parking lot so there is no difficulty with accessibility.

The idea of giving a 15% reduction for students is good, but it must be applied when paying. The poutine fries were not very fresh. The chicken burguer was good. Overall it's OK, services correct and fast, there is room to eat on site.
