We chose Julien-Leblanc Traiteur for our wedding on September 8, 2023.From the first communications, the support was fantastic. Any changes requested were made quickly and suggestions were offered. We were able to do a tasting to choose our final dishes, and we were extremely well received in their office.Our day and evening were absolutely perfect. Everything went as planned, we had so much fun.Julien-Leblanc's team was professional, attentive and attentive. We have had nothing but good comments from our guests. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. We didn't miss anything, our glasses were filled without us realizing it and the timing for each course was perfect.
The food is not bad, but the service leaves something to be desired. I have ordered twice with this caterer for an event; and although I paid extra to have compostable containers, each tray is covered with a phenomenal amount of plastic wrap. For the second order, I explained that I didn't want wrap and they told me they noted that, but I got the same thing.
Additionally, deliveries arrive too early. I had asked for lunch for 9:00 a.m., they arrived at 8:40 a.m., no one had arrived at the premises. I had requested lunch for 12:00, and at 11:00 they arrived and stopped the meeting to deliver the food.
Ultimately, we had difficulty receiving the invoice for our order before the same day of delivery, despite the fact that our payment system would not have been able to pay them otherwise.

We had an event on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at a funeral center for a member of our family. My partner and I weren't too sure because we had very specific requests regarding West Indian dishes. Ms. Roxanne Michaud listened to us and reassured us. We worked together.In addition, she made us speak with Ms. Ginette, a woman from our community who is part of the catering team. This confirmed that the dishes will be good and exquisite. We confirm, the flavors, the mixtures and the taste were there.I congratulate the whole team.
