We chose Julien-Leblanc Traiteur for our wedding on September 8, 2023.From the first communications, the support was fantastic. Any changes requested were made quickly and suggestions were offered. We were able to do a tasting to choose our final dishes, and we were extremely well received in their office.Our day and evening were absolutely perfect. Everything went as planned, we had so much fun.Julien-Leblanc's team was professional, attentive and attentive. We have had nothing but good comments from our guests. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. We didn't miss anything, our glasses were filled without us realizing it and the timing for each course was perfect.

The food is not bad, but the service leaves something to be desired. I have ordered twice with this caterer for an event; and although I paid extra to have compostable containers, each tray is covered with a phenomenal amount of plastic wrap. For the second order, I explained that I didn't want wrap and they told me they noted that, but I got the same thing.
Additionally, deliveries arrive too early. I had asked for lunch for 9:00 a.m., they arrived at 8:40 a.m., no one had arrived at the premises. I had requested lunch for 12:00, and at 11:00 they arrived and stopped the meeting to deliver the food.
Ultimately, we had difficulty receiving the invoice for our order before the same day of delivery, despite the fact that our payment system would not have been able to pay them otherwise.
