Came here while on vacation and we had a great time! Went on a Friday night and had no wait. There was a 2-hour time limit for all you can eat including sushi! There is a $1/wasted food fine if you cant finish what you order though. We thought every single item we ate tasted amazing. Only thing we would change is have more meat variety, more vegetable options and more dipping/seasoning sauces. Otherwise we had an elite time!Things we tried: volcano roll, scallops, crab stick, spring roll, rice, Kimchi, cucumbers, lamb, beef, sweet bun, ice cream

Disappointed from start to finish.We went there following several videos seen on TikTok. As soon as we arrived, the person who welcomed us spoke to us in English. After asking him to speak French 5-10 minutes later comes back to speak to us in English..-no explanation on how to order (their ordering system was buggy all evening)-The products offered are really average- Throughout the meal we were put under pressure to finish eating in time so that in the end the payment would take 20 minutes to complete.We decided not to give any tips for everything that was done and the person handling the bill became super unpleasant after telling him the facts.

I booked a reservation for 16 person on March 30th and it was a nightmare. 1st thing first they never checked upon us, we had to stop them each time to ask for some stuff. Our grill wasn't heating up AT ALL. I ask after 30 min assistance, and they never came, I asked again 2 times and after 1hr15 they finally changed it... for the grill to NOT be working AGAIN. After 2hr most of us HAVEN'T EVEN EAT NOTHING. The other table beside us that we had, worked well and my other friends was able to eat. So 1 grill wasn't working, the other one was taking 25 to 35 min to heat up and the last grill on the other table was working. We couldnt believe we spent more then 2 hrs.... with practically NO MEAT. To make it worst at the end when the time to pay came... that rude men apply 18% TIP RIGHT AWAY on EVERYBODY receipt... what kind of establishment is this???? and most of us DIDNT WANT TO TIP FOR THAT MEDIOCRE, EXECRABLE AND DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! When we asked them why they did that and didnt gave us a choice to pay the tip as we want, the server was hella rude saying it is what it is. I swear everybody, keep your money and go elsewhere. This is pure madness. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY not even my worst enemy. Y'all don't deserve to run a business, if I could gave you a negative rating I would! Pure nightmare. DO BETTER. Just disguting from the start until the end.

Order missing! Inability to manage a group of 12, poor service, hot meal received cold after several requests. Plate that does not work. 18% tip included in each bill without our knowledge and when we complain the waiter dares to tell us that it is the law. We have kept our invoices and are going to file a complaint with the consumer protection department. It’s abusive and the lack of respect from one of the servers was amazing!!! Never ever again!Vegetarian options: There is not much choice for vegetarians unless you eat fish there is always sushi and raw vegetables or tempuraDietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions, forget it, the dishes are pre-prepared and served cold.
I would recommend trying this when it’s not rush hour (lunch or dinner time) because the food you ordered will either be forgotten or will be super delayed. Their food is decent, but not excellent, and I liked the variety compared to some of the KBBQ’s I’ve tried. I absolutely LOVE their sauce, it might be gochujang I don’t remember, but it was sweet and a little to no spicy at all. Their staff are very nice though but we had to wait for like 5 minutes before we were seated even though it wasn’t busy at all. Their robot server was cute, too, but not convenient DURING rush hour. We ordered so much stuff but we never received most of it so it was a little disappointing — though we went around 11:30.Parking is limited so I would recommend walking or bus. The stairs leading up to the restaurant is VERY steep, just a warning.
